Selling a share of house where all owners are alive
3 years ago
My ancestral house is owned equally by me, my brother, and my mother. I am interested in selling my share of the house to my brother and mother for money. They are agreeable as they have spare money. Can this be done by an agreement between us? Can someone help draft this agreement?

A.Hello,
Since all the other co-parceners are agreeing upon this, you may sell the said property in the form relinquishment deed or gift deed.
