Threatening to false accuse of mental harassment all the time

I have been living with my family and uncle's family in the same house for more than a decade in two separate rooms. For as long as I remember, my aunt has been harassing us all the time. She always tries to mentally torture my mother all the time by any means necessary. she always threatens to tear her blouse and go to police to file a complaint.
she starts abusing us from dawn till night until she sleeps and then says she will file a complaint for mentally harassing her. recently i tried to stand against her and she now attacks me with the worst things which my mother is unable to handle. There were so many times my mother would become unciousness after crying for hours and her whole body becomes stone cold. . She always provokes my mother by saying disgusting and personal attacks on me and my father. My mother even slapped her once recently as she provoked her by taking a dig at me which my mother cannot withstand anymore. My mother is a patient of high blood pressure, she has been fighting for her life with cysts in her liver and kidney, arthritis, anaemia. Recently her creatinine level also crossed 9 which made her health deteriorate vastly. She has not been eating properly for past 1-2 years. With all this, she is now unable to handle the mental harassment she was able to 10 years ago. Still, my aunt continues to mentally abuse my mother and tries to initiate a fight all the time which is bothering me even now. I am tired of this playing women card thing. She always tries to act like a victim but in reality, she is the worst of the worst. What should I do?
