Hi,
Me and my self are the children to our Parents, we both are married 7 yrs back in 2013, first my brother was married and later was mine. Since his marriage my brother was not supportive to our parents. And after my son was born my mom use to stay with me to take care of my son when i went to work. My brother had kid later in 2015. My bother was not ready to help my dad and mother. I am taking care of them every month and was supporting with what ever i can. Now my dad is completely disturbed mentally and physically since my brother is not talking and helping him. what shall we to make our parents get security from my brother also help.

A.Hi,
You can first personally talk to your brother about this issue. If the same behavior of your brother continues, you can seek relief under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 by filling an application for maintenance.

A.Hi,
Legally there is no provision to make your brother obligated to look after your parents. However, you can personally try and talk to your brother about this issue.
