I am already in job, but govt. is not allowed for NOC. With this respect high court allowed such candidates for the councelling till the case is over. The order is for petitioners,
But I m not petitioner. So how can I joined for the same.

A.Hi,
the details are incomplete, we require more information.
however you can become a party to the suit by adding an application to the suit. the representative of the suit (advocate) shall do it.

A.you have to put application in HC for joining.
you can also put new case and then they can be clubbed.
