i purchased a residential plot in august 2019 from person A.
Person A purchased that plot in jun 2019 from person B.
But now a Person C come forward saying that he is real owner,. And he gave his original sale deed documents to person B.
Person B was broker. He did fraud. Person B impeesonated himself as person C to sell the plot to person A. He used fake identity card on sale deed registration document.
Now person C saying that the person B (broker) gave him compensation and he want me to keep that plot.
But what should be legal documents i should make to avoid further dispites in future?
Should i cancel the two sale deed and make new sale deed from real owen C.
Or should i make correction deed.? What is the correct option to legal my deed now?

A.your deed is void.
The person A to Z can claim it again anytime.
Make new deed.
even if you sell without new deed then also you will be party in suit in future.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Hi,
If the broker had been fraudulent then the deed renders itself as void. It is suggested to have a new deed mentioning the real ownership details and documents and it being transferred to you in order to avoid any future dispute.

A.Hi,
It is advisable that you make a new deed mentioning all the above facts regarding the ownership and that the ownership has been transferred to you and no previous owners have any right on the plot.
