A.Hi,
In this case first send a application to your college. If they still do not send your documents, send a legal notice. if this is not followed too, you can always file a case against the college.

A.Hi,
First you can write an application to the college seeking for the return of your original documents. If they refuse, you can always file a writ petition pleading the to order the college to return your documents. No college is allowed to retain the original documents of the students against their will.

A.if they deny ?
why they will not return ?
you are planning to steal their buffalo's ?
they gave receipt of documents submitted ?
steps to be followed -
you can send a letter.
then you can send legal notice.
then you can file consumer case, FIR .
Hope this clarifies,
