some agent took money from me to give a job.. I waited for so long nearly 1 year..he didnt give any job..now when I am asking for money..he is not responding properly.. he is not returning my money.. what should I do now

A.Hi,
This is one of the form of 'Job scam'. If the person is not returning your money, you can take legal action against that agent. If you have some proofs to support this, it would be really great. However, you can file an FIR against him and send a legal notice.

A.Hi,
If you have any evidence, any phone call recording, or any written document through which you can prove this, you can take action against the agent.
you can file an FIR against the agent or send him a legal notice and then you can file a recovery suit in the civil court.

A.you have to do complaint of cheating under 420 ipc.
write FIR properly. weak FIR cause people get away.
The person will be arrested.
