Hi, I am working in one private company since last 7 months. During joining they have signed 1 year contract bond. Right now I have to leave job due to irregular salary, mental harrasment and 9 hours+ working hours. I have asked them for a copy of contract but they have denied to give it. Also they said that of you want to leave job you must have to give contract amount as 2 months salary. They have taken 2 months salary cheque in advance from me. Also they have gave me 3 months salary as 50%. When I have oppose for it so they said that due to COVID19 very low business so we don't give full Salary. Please suggest me what can I do.

A.if they are giving 50% salary then they can not ask 2 months full salary as per contract.
they can also get only 2 months 50% salary.
also, send proper letter asking for contract copy.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Hi,
It is advisable that you reach a compromise with your employer where they forego the notice period for the salary cut-off due to Covid-19. If no consensus is reached then ask for the contract which you signed and as per the terms give the notice period and tell the employer to clear all your dues.
