I have a delayed construction flat in Noida Logix Blossom greens, wanted to initiate legal action as delayed for long, wanted to know if I should go for concilliation or directly register a complaint in UP rera

A.Hi
you can ask the UP RERA the cause of the delay. in case they do not provide a valid reason, you can send them a legal notice and later file a suit in the civil court of your area.

A.Hi sir,
if the delay is prolonged, it is advisable to ask for some clarification from the UP RERA. If the answer received is not satisfactory, you can send them a legal notice. Even after the notice, the grievances are not upheld, then you have the right to appeal in the civil court.
