From last 7 years i a am working in government autonomous body as contractual employee.
After four year of service my company end my contract and hired me again through open recruitment for different post. so i had to resign from my last post and rejoined without any gap from another post and i have given new Employee id.
now total i worked 7 years in same organization but 4 year in one post and 3 year another post. now my company wants again to repeat this to avoid to pay gratuity. Can I claim gratuity or not.

A.resign and rejoin and new employee id are to be considered break.
employee id should have been same.
but you can still approach HC after getting contract checked by a lawyer.
