Ex girlfriend threatens to file rape case

I was in a long distance relationship with a muslim girl from 2015 to 2017,and in this time we met almost three times in her city. But soon i realize that there is no future i asked her to start a new life also tried alot for her job, but she tild me that she will commit suicide and this stops me again. Finally i decided to say goodbye to her but then she said she will file a rape case against me and many such things. Now after almost three years now she send a letter on the name of my father saying that i raped her many times aborted the baby and too many bad things against my family. When life started to be on track she again entered and starts all this. Please help what will be the fate of mine. It completely destroys my family ?

The facts you state are too limited to advise completely relying on those. However, rape is a serious criminal charge but the first thing required is an FIR. So to ward off your initial worry, without FIR don't panic.
I advise you few things to consider:-
1. It's advised that refrain from taking any important step/decision to deal with this in absence of regular guidance of any lawyer.
2. A point that might favour you is that filing FIR for rape after 3 years will require strong reasons for delay from her.
If filed, medical examination is required as well.
3. I strongly advise to retain or recover all evidences your to prove blackmailing.
4. It is also a crime to accuse/file case on someone on false charges, if false.
