I called Principal Nodal office on november 14 2020 and asked for explanation regarding my credit card payment issue. the senior management in nodal office understood my issue and raised a complaint behalf of me and told me that they will give an explanation through email within 4 working days. instead of giving an explanation the bank people were mentally harassing me with missed calls and misleading me with false statements. I have all the proofs and call recordings. How can I proceed further to go against the bank. I suffred a lot of stress from them. Please help.

A.hi,
you can send them a legal notice and file a case against them and demand compensation.

A.complaint to RBI ombudsman.
RBI ombudsman can solve small issues.
which bank is this ?
how much credit card payment due ?
you have to approach local lawyer to proceed further to go against the bank.
