Scammed by property builder

Mr. A contacted by dealer who ask him for project funding means loan of property will be on the name of Mr. A and emis will be paid by the builder. For this he agreed to pay some money to A. Due to greed Mr. A agree and took loan. Now builder is saying he is not able to pay emi and Mr. A has to purchase property from dealer. Is there any resolution available?
A.Hi,
You can send a notice to the builder to clear the dues. Also, if there is any proof of the arrangement it might be helpful or else Mr A will be liable to pay the loan amount.

A.loan is in your name for project funding.
so project is also in your name.
