Because of work Wife staying seperate from husband Because of work Wife staying seperate from husband

Hi,
I am currently working and the distance between my office and home is more than 20Kms. Daily traveling to and fro makes me more tired and stressful which decreases my productivity in both office and home, and majorly my health has gone for a toss. only me and my husband are staying(no kids). My husband dosent understands my physical and mental wearout and he seems to be so demanding and never tries to understand my point of view and harasses me attimes saying that i am not fullfilling my marital duties. Are there any legal proceedings which can be followed to stay separate from husband.

A.20km in cities is not more.
people even travel 100 kms for work.
even many women lawyers travel more than that.
if possible then getting work near home for less salary can be option but people want everything which is not possible.

however it is natural to be tired and due to current stressful working conditions, physical and mental wearout is common and many couples are facing issues of marital duties.

for living separate you dont need law. nobody can force anybody to live with anyone.
however there is judicial separation for that purpose.
if you made your mind for divorce then go for mutual divorce.

Hope this clarifies,
