I am working in Pvt Ltd company from last r. 5 years. From April to june 20 they have paid salary and in July I was doing work from home after July they called for work from office in August 20 . I hv joined office from August but only 10 days i hv attended the office and last day they informed me there is no work, we will call u after 1 month after that till date I am asking to HR when to join but still he is giving same answer last 4 months I am waiting for the same they will call me. Last 4 months I'm not getting salary. Can i ask for 4 months salary

A.Hi,
Yes, as long as you were on the company's employee roll, you can ask for the past 4 months' salary. I'd advise you to intimate to HR that you are ready to take legal action if the issue is not resolved by them.

A.Hi,
Yes, as long as you were on the company's employee roll, you can ask for the past 4 months' salary. I'd advise you to intimate to HR that you are ready to take legal action if the issue is not resolved by them.

A.Since they have not terminated officially you can demand 4 month salary and question them about your emplyment
