CARS 24 FAILED TO KEEP PROMISE

I SOLD MY CAR TO CARS24 IN THE MONTH OF SEP 2019 AND TILL NOW THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TRANSFER MY RC

A.Send them legal notice through an advocate to the car 24 and telling them to transfer on their name and gave 10 days time. if they fail in registration .then file a written complaint in concern police station and police filed an FIR UNDER SECTION 420 AND BREACH OF TRUST....FIRSTLY U HIRED AN ADVOCATE .HE WILL HELP U OUT FROM THIS CONDITION ...other wise u will face serious consequences.

A.In the light of the Latest Supreme Court Ruling with regard to transfer of ownership of vehicles when they are sold, you are at risk of facing legal consequences both civil and criminal in case if anything happens after September, 2019.
Take steps to get it transferred in the name of CARS24 to avoid any untoward incident. That is to say, the amended law is against the Seller, as such, act immediately and avoid unnecessary issues.
