Hello sir,
Someone filed a recovery suit against me in 2015 by providing pronotes which were given by me as I took money to the court and by showing my property details and court was given judgement in the year 2020 and the judgement was given as decreed with costs.but the problem is I sell my property to third party in the year 2019 so how can I pay them without having any property in my name and the problem is when the third party tries to sell the land it was showing in the register office as the land was involved in the court case and they were pressuring me what can I do now sir,pls give me a suggestion.

A.Hi,
If you have no remaining immoveable property, the costs will have to be paid from your other assets.
If you do not have other assets or if your liabilities exceed them, then you shall have to file an insolvency petition stating that you are unable to pay the loan.

A.Hi,
