Digital lending application companies while giving loans they ask permission to access the location, SMS, personal contact list to assess the creditworthiness. But they store the information. If the EMI is delayed they start calling friends and relatives. what is the solution for there haressment.

The first thing to do is to go to their website and withdraw your consent to their collection of your data. What they are doing is a violation of your, your friends' and your relatives' right to privacy. You can file a suit for injunction and damages in the relevant civil Court.
