Kids Cannot go to Grand Parents House

My Had a fight with my brothers wife and she said her get out. now they do not talk to each other.
Now she is not allowing my son to there. My Parents lives with my Brother and his wife and they have one kids.
I am willing to send, but she is saying no.
Just wanted to understand. Can she restrict my kids or can he go to my Brothers house
A.You cannot go to the court on that issue. But your wife can file 498A against them and your parents to bring them to terms.
