Is income tax applicable on illegal income

I have developed a mobile app, which was considered illegal and a case was filed against me. My bank account, which accepted payments from the app, is freezed. Now I want to pay advance tax by 15th December, so I want to know whether I should consider total income including app's income to calculate tax, or will it come under disputed income and should I pay its tax only after the case is closed?

A.Income tax is payable on any type of income and if you have any illegal income you can pay the advance tax is an income to legalise that income but please be aware that incase your criminal offence for acquiring data set is disclosed you will be e prapt in other type of legal complete cases

A.which type of illegal app.
is there chance that it will clear by court ?
if there is freeze on bank accounts then how you will pay.
wait till case is cleared and you have income.
