how to protect myself from this fake accusation.

My extended family members are stating false accusation on me that is "I HAVE STOLEN THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF MY GRANDMOTHER WHILE SHE WAS IN ICU AND HER SERVANT IS THE EYEWITNESS"
i did not take any document and im clear about that.
I want to know how to protect myself from this fake accusation.

A.STOLEN THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS for what reason.
what you will gain from it ?
the EYEWITNESS SERVANT have to give deposition against you.
If you not stolen anything then the lawyer will prove that witness is lying.

A.Just ignore their accusation. If it is false, they will not able to prove it. No need to prove that you have not taken it as burden of proof is on them.
