Trail Period for Section 67, 67a, 68 IT Act
3 years ago
What is the approximate trail period for a case under sections "67, 67a, 68 IT Act".
A.Dear Sir,
There is no limit for Trial of a criminal case but there are some circulars limiting maximum period of two years for disposal of civil case. You can approach the High Court and get an order to the local Court to dispose of your case within a specified period and not more than next 6 months.

A.Dear Client,
Your query is not clear, "Trail" perhaps you mean Bail under given u/s IT Act. There is nothing as such specific Time period for Bail granted period as such. But once you get Anticipatory Bail ,in case not arrested. Police can not arrest. But if order has been passed to surrender before court, then You will have to move for bail.
