Sir/madam
In this lock down i tried for online data entry job , from Silicon technology i got call there gave me ask with deadline 10 days 1400 forms registration charge 7500/- but there said no need to pay before we will collect from your salary , i agreed due to my situation.. for that there collected my Aadhar ,pan copy& passport photo and sent me agreement. saying that if task is not completed on time and not reached 90% accuracy salary will not paid but i should the registration charge 7500/-
i completed my task on time and cross checked several time and submit . i was following them to status of my salary thru message and phone there is no response for 10 days, 11th day there mailing me u didn't reach 90% accuracy so no salary pay our registration charge 7500/- i said i did my task correct an on time . please pay my salary they no ready listen or allow us to talk.. no there hav sent me legal notice penalty 5lac .
Please help me how to handle this. i feel this is cheating case. take mankind without paying and collecting amount from all 7500/-
You appear to have fallen victim to a scam. You do not need to pay heed to their legal notice as this is almost certainly a fake company created to dupe unsuspecting victims. You can file a complaint with the police for cheating and fraud under S.415 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

You appear to have fallen victim to a scam. You do not need to pay heed to their legal notice as this is almost certainly a fake company created to dupe unsuspecting victims. You can file a complaint with the police for cheating and fraud under S.415 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It seems to be a bogus company. You may lodge complaint with local police or just neglect their claim and proceed further in your life by learning a lot from this company.

it exists ?
no need to pay.
first the company have to be genuine which are very less.
if company is genuine then they have right to recover any loss.
if company is fake then they will not file any case or do anything except harassment.
same applies to you.
