Money sent from overseas
my wife bought assets in her name from my earnings in abroad, all money transferred from my NRI account to my wife's Indian savings bank account to buy these properties, but now she refuses to pay me anything and threatens to throw me out of house. what legal option is available for me to recover the money or properties?
A.Hi,
You can file a declaration suit contesting the title of the properties purchased by her as she did so by misappropriating your money. However, as you are married, it will be hard to prove that this was done by her fraudulently. More remedies would be available to you if you were separated.

A.Dear Sir,
It is your exclusive property as such you can file suit for declaration with consequential relief of mandatory injunction to throw her out of that premises. However, she has right to stay in her matrimonial house or any other rented house till she get legal divorce and also entitled for alimony subject to your source of income and her source of income but she cannot directly claim right over your earned property.
