A.it was life insurance or insurance taken with home loan ?
you have to get a lawyer and claim insurance amount.
Insurance companies dont want to pay anybody specially private companies.
dont give importance to bank legal notice for now.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Hi,
You shall have to send notice to the insurance company citing fraud or cheating on their part and take it up in the relevant Court, and then provide all necessary documents proving your father's death was due to natural causes. The insurance company would have factored in that he was diabetic when awarding him the policy and even increased his premium because of it. So they are wrong to claim that you are not entitled to the payout.
