I want to freeze the accounts of persons who took my money and not returning it.

Who should I approach? What will be the procedure?
How can I get the details of all their account, like which bank and where they have the accounts?
Also how can I know what properties they have or their investments, may be through their PAN card or AADHAR card details, whim to contact?

A.Dear Sir,
Either police or Court have such power. You may file a police complaint and during investigation they may freeze such accounts. Or you may approach Civil Court and get immediate interim order accordingly.

A.hi,
the account can not be freezed merely on your saying, it can only done by the order of the court.
what you can do:
file an FIR against the person
send him a legal notice
file a case against him under- cheating, fraud, misrepresentation, criminal breech of trust, falsely acquiring your money, etc.
however, this suggestion is confined to the little information provided by you.
you may contact us through vidhikarya for better assistance.

A.hi,
you can not get someone's account freeze just like that. rather you can file a complaint/ FIR against the person.
you can send them a legal notice to that person and file a case against the fraud, cheating, breach of trust, etc.
we can assist you if you provide us more details in this regard.
