Hi!
I was working in a public limited company around 20 years. Now they terminate me and I was working as a field boy they gave the salary in cash which 10,700 per month they never deduct my PF, people who had joined the company with me they are getting all the benefits. Now what I can claim to the company. Please I need guidance what legal actions we can take.

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach local labor inspector who is the employee of office of Labor Commissioner and thus resolve the issue amicably.

A.Hi,
Equal pay for equal work is not directory declared by Constitution as a fundamental right . BUT certainly, it is a constitutional GOAL.
Its violation of your fundamental right. you can demand justice by filing a case in the High Court.
Firstly you need to send a legal notice to the company and if it refuses to pay your salary/ benefits, you can approach court for it.

A.Hi,
you can send them a legal notice since its violation of natural justice. equal pay for equal work is a one of our fundamental rights, so you can demand justice from court.
if they do not pay you even after sending a legal notice, you have to file a case against them

A.if others are getting PF then you can make complaint in PF office.
but what you did for 20 years when others were getting and you were not getting it ?
you can approach lobour commission for termination without benefits.
