My wife is jobber and she left me and my house 8 month ago and she don't want to come again and don't want to live with relationship with me , can i take divorce??

A.Hi,
If you want to live with your wife then you can file for restitution of conjugal rights. If not, you can get a mutual divorce or divorce due to desertion.

A.Hi,
Its best to talk to your wife about the reason. If it is unreasonable then you can file under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act if you want to continue living with her. You can go for a mutual divorce or seek divorce on the grounds of desertion.

A.if she is also ready then go for mutual divorce.
else you have to wait for another 1.2 years for divorce on ground of desertion.
