Dear Sir, I was in relation with my lady friend since last five year, due to differences between us she lodged FIR. she complaint in sep-12 i raped her. our relations were very sweet. there were chatting between us on whatapp daily but we use to delate every day. this chatting can save me. i requested to police for getting all back up. can police will get complete back-up or not.

A.dear client police authorities may not take the back up but this does not mean that they will prove you guilty but they will take medical tests and all which will prove. if she cannot bring any evidence then you are safe because Consentfull sex is not rape.

A.I dont think Indian Court will order whatsapp to provide backup for a private person`s complaint of this nature. You have to deny all relationship and try your luck.
