Go to the court if you have an agreement drawn up for the loan. The court will order the person to repay. If there is no agreement, then no legal action can be taken.

A.Hi,
This is a consistent problem with loans made to relatives, since defaults in repayment is very common. If you had drawn up an agreement then you can go to the court to execute the same. If not, there is no actual legal recourse.
