I have loan on online mobile application they blackmail me lots and threaten me they hack all my contacts and they took all female contacts and blackmail me they post that number in pron sites I want to fire case against them fly cash kush Kash more cash all 3 same application file charge sheets against them

A.Dear Sir,
He can file defamation case claiming huge compensation for demoralizing you without any court order for recovery.

anything more you want ?
by the way, police files charge sheet after FIR is done by you.
nothing will happen by cribbing.
go to police station and lodge FIR for blackmailing and threats.

A.Hi,
you can charge the person under the following section:
Section 383 IPC for Extortion and Section 384 IPC for punishment under Extortion
Section 507 IPC for Criminal Intimidation
Section 503 IPC for Blackmailing
Section 292 A for Cyber Blackmailing
Section 66 E if the IT Act for Violation of Privacy
However, please talk to a lawyer before you proceed with the case.

A.Hi,
It is always preferred to not take loans from such online sources who are not legitimate. In this case, you can put several charges on this person:
Section 507 IPC for Criminal Intimidation
Section 66 E if the IT Act for Violation of Privacy
Section 503 IPC for Blackmailing
Section 383 IPC for Extortion and Section 384 IPC for punishment under Extortion
Section 292 A for Cyber Blackmailing
However, it is best you consult with a lawyer as to which charges should be applied here.
