Our debottor property has been allowed to be trespassed by a senior shebait. We are total 18 shebaits. As per will of the testator the shebaits are required to perform Puja and Seva karma. Since the trespassing by local TMC whooligans the shebaits cannot enter the property with dignity. The entire land is filled with parked vehicles, workshop for repairing vehicles and the two dilapidated building have been rented out by the trespasser. Complains to police yields no result. Most of the shebaits are old aged. What steps are required to remove these whooligans and their activities? The shebaits intend to sell the estate.

A.Hi,
You shall have to file a suit for declaration of title and then obtain an injunction order prohibiting the trespasser's activities.
