Mother torturing me and making my life in secured in all dimensions.

Sir, I am a Man 41yrs. I am working as an Engineer (Gazetted Officer) in Govt organisation. This my remarriage. I am lost prime of my youth. My Mother is a Widower now 67yrs old. Retired from Govt service. Now earning Rs.20K as pension. I have never been happy in my life since my fathers death when i was 2yrs old. Even now my mother is torturing me and my wife each and every day. She is not allowing my wife to do anything. Each day is a trouble for me. I am feeling like committing suicide. Pl advice me.

You can live separately with your wife. It is best to handle such matters by conversation and without resorting to a legal action.

The best solution to to this is talking to your mother and resolving the issue. It would not be a great idea to file for harassment against your 67 year old mother. Or you can leave the house and live separately.
