A.Hi,
You can file a civil suit for money recovery against them. Your employer has no legal grounds with which to threaten you.

A.Hi,
Your employer has no legal grounds to threaten you, you can serve them with a notice for non-payment of dues instead. You have a right to be paid until the completion of your notice period, which hasn't happened. A civil money recovery suit can also be filed against them.
