Sir, I find a data entry job on Quikr.com and they give me an online agreement which I signed digitally. They give me 800 forms, which should be completed in 7 days. I did complete 120 approx forms and then my id is deactivated. And now they are asking 4500 rs to activate the account and 9000 rs for not completing the work. What should I do now?

A.Google was down and not searched about this when you signed digitally.
no need to pay.
first the company have to be genuine which are very less.
if company is genuine then they have right to recover any loss.
if company is fake then they will not file any case or do anything except harassment.
then check they sent real legal notice of a lawyer who also really exists because they can send a fake letter.
company really exist ?
also write to Quikr to block that company.
but they will open with new name next day.

A.Hi,
Take it up with the customer care of Quikr. If they do not look into the problem, you can file a case against them and as well as your employer for breach of contract or fraud.

A.Hi,
You can raise a complaint with the customer care of Quikr. If that does not work, you can file a complaint against your employer in the court for breach of contract.
