My land was acquired by a Pvt. Builder in Delhi, who has not paid me the full amount. Now the case is pending with court. Can I file the case with RERA to expedite the case.

Filing multiple cases on the same issue in different courts is an abuse of court process. You can either get your case transferred for file an application for order to expediate the present process before the court.

A.Hi,
No you cannot file another case regarding the same issue under a different authority. You can get this case transferred to another court if you think that would help. Or you can write an application/petition to the court seeking directions to expediate the case process.
