Employment final settlement

Dear sir.
I was working in a multinational company in Bangalore from Feb 2007 after 3 months they benched me. To put me to another process, I was constantly in touch with my manager. He. Told me that they will inform me.but in vain . I was receiving my pay till Agust 2007 Agust and after it stopped. I have submitted my resignation nor the have sent me rleaving or termination letter by post or an email. After all these years I have not been employed in any other company. I did some menial jobs. Now I wanted to settle my PF account.The company are assisting me with that. I don't know what I should do. Please help me in this regard.

The limitation period for filing a civil suit of money recovery is three years. As such, your best course of action is to approach the company themselves and make a representation for your final settlement. You will need to hire a lawyer to get the best deal.
