For retired govt employees which income counts

Hi,
I had a question regarding income criteria for obc nc. If a govt employee has retired and before retirement son/daughter was creamy layer. However after retirement the income from pension does not cross 8 lakh. So can OBC Non Creamy be applied in this case ? Not employee not directly recruited to class B.

A.Hi,
Salary and agricultural income are not to be considered as income for calculating annual income for creamy layer status.

A.Hi,
Income Limit of determining the Non-Creamy Layer Status of OBCs. In order to qualify as an OBC non-creamy layer candidate, the applicant's parents' annual income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs. Salary and agricultural income are not to be considered as income for calculating annual income for creamy layer status.

A.Hi.......... it due to pay any income taxpayers all to the equally creamy layer, so before and after is not matter..........its not low income, its also higher income ....so cannot be applied in this case .........
