My father is in jail since 4oct20 due to a fraud in accounts done by his bank cashier and it has been rejected from district court and it is not proved yet .so kindly assist me

As per your inputs your father is in custody under section 420, now it’s time to file Statutory bail in court to get him release on bail, because section 420 the punishment is max 7 years so your father can claim statutory bail in session court

The facts of the case are not clear.
However, section 409 IPC is a Cognizable and non-bailable offence, triable by a Magistrate of the first class.
Non -bailable means only court has discretion to grant bail or not.
