Inheritance of house Inheritance of house

My father has 3 children, two sons and one daughter. I'm the elder son. He bought 3 houses. One for each child. My father and mother stay with my brother. My sister has lost her house in a loan conflict. My brother's house is registered on his name. But my house is still on my father's name. He has written a will for my house on a white piece of plain paper saying my house will go to the one who has taken good care of my widow mother. She is ready to give the house to me, if the house is registered on her name. My father has demised recently. Is there a possibility to get the house directly on my name? If not, is there a possibility to get the house inherited solely by my mother, to avoid conflict from my sister's side, who has lost their house?

A.Dear Client
You can directly process the mutation of the said property obtained through will by obtaining a noc from your mother, then the property will be listed on your name

A.Hi,
Yes, if it has been mentioned in your father's will, then you are entitled to it. You can make a representation to the Court along with your mother's testimony that you have fulfilled your late father's wishes. A mutation certificate can then be issued to grant you the title.
