Sir, I took 5 lack rupees loan for my friend for his some business needs. He promised me that he should pay all the EMI of loan amount. After 3 years he stopped sending money for the EMI. What can I do? I didn't have any agreement or check leaf, I only have some WhatsApp messages about the loan EMI with him. What can I do?
A.Dear Sir,
You have to initiate civil and criminal proceedings so that you can recover the amount. On the basis of whatsapp messages you can file money recovery suit.
