I am working in ICICI Bank one of the Pvt bank . Since Jan 2020 as I was posted in Haryana in my first posting . In last may during lockdown period my father health was not good so in an emergency I came back to my native place and I also informed my reporting authority ( branch manager). Due to my father's illness I was unable to go back at Haryana so I have written a proper mail for transfer to relocate in my native state or near by. But they not listened on this and my manager abused me and also told " Bihari person are like this only and I will not give any NOC " it was his words he also threatened me that if am not coming back than he will drag me into any scam and also told me that he will make sure that I may loose my job . My er manager also not helped me in this matter he also did the same when am telling that I am having proper medical records of my father I will mail you than they are telling they don't have enough time to check that and they are saying may those Medical record can be duplicate so they don't believe me . I am having education loan if I will loose my job how I am going to pay my education loan ? There is no other financial earning . My father is also a farmer and am only son . I have joined this bank by their pgdb program this bank has given me education loan for the training purpose and they told after training completion . Than you will be treated as permanent staff and your emi would be deducted from your salary emi ( 9500 ) per month . Now they have issued a mail of Voluntary abandonment letter to me , as I know I never told my senior authority that am resigning or quiting my job so how they can do this ? And also i have properly informed my situation that I am unable to come at my old Location please transfer me .
Please give me right suggestion what should I do ? Am too much stressed and depressed ...

A.If you have records to prove your father's ailment and notice abot leave, then the notice issued by bank can be suitably responded.

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint against the manager who abused you under S.503&506 IPC; this deals with criminal intimidation.
You can also claim damages from the company in Consumer Court.

A.Hi,
They might have the right to terminate your employment without reason, depending on the terms of your employment contract. However, you can claim damages from the company in Consumer Court for causing you unnecessary hardship. You can file a complaint against the manager that abused you under Sections 503 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with criminal intimidation.

A.You should know that in any job (even in Government jobs) transfer to a particular place is not an employee's right. It completely depends upon employer/management's will. If you have not applied for proper leave or without due intimation have not joined (rejoined) the service in due time after their call then you are at fault. So I will suggest you to join the service immediately if they allow and if it is possible for you. If it is not at all possible then you should reply to their email.
