In last may during lockdown period my father health was not good so in an emergency I came back to my native place and I also informed my reporting authority ( branch manager). Due to my father's illness I was unable to go back at Haryana so I have written a proper mail for transfer to relocate in my native state or near by. But they not listened on this and my manager abused me and also told " Bihari person are like this only and I will not give any NOC " it was his words he also threatened me that if am not coming back than he will drag me into any scam and also told me that he will make sure that I may loose my job . My er manager also not helped me in this matter he also did the same when am telling that I am having proper medical records of my father I will mail you than they are telling they don't have enough time to check that and they are saying may those Medical record can be duplicate so they don't believe me . I am having education loan if I will loose my job how I am going to pay my education loan ? There is no other financial earning . My father is also a farmer and am only son . I have joined this bank by their pgdb program this bank has given me education loan for the training purpose and they told after training completion . Than you will be treated as permanent staff and your emi would be deducted from your salary emi ( 9500 ) per month . Now they have issued a mail of Voluntary abandonment letter to me , as I know I never told my senior authority that am resigning or quiting my job so how they can do this ? And also i have properly informed my situation that I am unable to come at my old Location please transfer me .
