Experience letter Experience letter

I worked in a reputed CBSE school in Ghaziabad.I served in the school for 1 year. But I was terminated and they served me with a 1 month notice peroid.Suppose 21 feburary 2019 I was served the notice.

And I worked in the school for (example 25 March 2018-21 March 2019).In the experience letter they have mentioned only for 11 months stating that it is a CBSE rule that if a person is served with a notice peroid then, in the experience letter they would mention the date of joining till the date when the notice was given.

Is there any such rule by CBSE and if not can i take any legal action ?
