How can a state govt employee(teacher) in MP take voluntary retirement at the age of 55 if she got permanent from savinda in 2004. Is it allowed? What is the process?

A.Hi,
Yes you can avail voluntary retirement, A Government Servant who has attained the age of fifty
years or who has completed twenty years of qualifying service may retire from service by giving
notice of not less than three months in writing direct to the appointing authority with a copy
marked to his immediate superior officer for information. Before giving such notice, he may satisfy
himself by means of a reference to such authority that he has completed the required number of
years of qualifying service.

A.Hi,
Any Government employee who has accomplished the age of fifty a long time or who has finished twenty years of qualifying administration may resign from administration by giving notice of at the very least three months recorded as a hard copy direct to the selecting authority with a duplicate set apart to his nearby predominant official for data. Prior to giving such notification, he may fulfill himself by methods for a reference to such position that he has finished the necessary number of long periods of qualifying administration.
