After filing restitution of conjugal rights wife has not attended the court inspite of receiving court notice...after 8 date also case is not getting exparte need solution for this

A.Dear Client
As per your submission other side is not attending to court, wait for some more time to claim Ex party order due to Covid-19 SOP rules the court is not allowing ex party orders
Once after covid SOP you can press the matter to get exparty orders
