Hello sir....I am a banker...there is a girl who is in the same proffession..we love each other...we decided to marry...bt she is from brahmin cast and I m from a sc category...our parents are against us..reasons are like my younger sister is there for marriage also..Her parents now hate her Ver much... they don't want to keep the girl with them...bt on other side I am thinking about my family...her parents threatened me about delaying in marriage...they say ...that I should marry her..and take out from there ..bt we don't want this...so we both decided not to marry right now and to wait for some time being not selfiss.
My question is that suppose something happened to girl by any means..will her parents be able to file any case against me..coz they are in touch with some lawyer...moreover I am preparing for UPSC ...will it affect me...?how should I be aware from her parents?

A.dear client both if you want to marry and since both of are adults then can do so and no body can stop you from marrying. but if the girl commits or does something then what happens to you in such regard. It is not barred by any Law that you cannot file any case against someone but the judgment of a case depends on the evidence filed before the Court of Law and the evidence should clearly speak of the act done by you.

A.Dear Sir,

You need not worry as Supreme Court given clear instructions to police in the above matter.

===========================================================================================================
Nobody has right to interfere if two adults get married, says Supreme Court
NEW DELHI: No one, either individually or collectively, has the right to interfere in a marriage between two consenting adults, a Supreme Court bench led by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dipak Misra said on Monday.
The bench sternly told khap panchayats not to assume the role of conscience keepers of society and said courts would go by the law and not tradition and 'gotra' considerations to determine the legality of a marriage.
Senior advocate Narender Hooda, appearing for some khap panchayats, said khaps encouraged inter-caste and inter-faith marriages as they had permitted Haryanvi men to marry women from other states given the skewed sex ratio in the state.

A.It seems you are in a state of confusion and cannot guarantee the security of the girl after marriage. First you need to sure whether you can guarantee the security of your would be wife after marriage or not. If you can do so, then since you both are adult you can get married and no one has any right or power to stop you.

A.Look in case both if you want to marry and since both of are adults then can do so and no body can stop you from marrying. Given the situation if anything wrong happens then usually people do try to take legal action against the person who is involved directly or indirectly into the matter. My suggestion to you would be that, since you are preparing for UPSC, try to avoid any sticky situation for yourself especially having any criminal record or FIR against your name. Once you clear the UPSC then during the background verification you must come clean other wise it may have a negative impact on your results and future prospects.
