Hi,i m living separate from husband at my parents house.i got married in 2017(arranged).but my husband was not happy.so he always asking for divorce and i discuss with his family to but they are not co-operated with me and they also abuse me and threatening me for divorce.in 2019 they beat me up and thrown me out their house.so i raised the complaint in court and police. now he is not ready give my family jewelries and my father gave almost 35 lakh rupees cash as token of dowry.now he and his family not accepting and not give me divorce.its been year now.case in court.i m stuck very badly...pls help me.i register 3 case..498a,dv case and maintenance case.i dont wanna give divorce.

You can approach the High Court, in such circumstances.

A.In this case you can file one more petition before family court to get ornaments ( realisation of ornaments) wich your father gifted to him at the time of marriage.
You filed divorce petition and you don't want to get divorce. Then why are you file divorce petition instead of RCR
