I filed RCR case against my wife. Her father taken her forcefully from matrimonial home. So, i filed this case. During the proceedings of the case whether my wife presence is must atleast one time or she can skip ? I have doubt that they may hide her.

A.The respondent shall be present before court but no need regular present.
If they are trying to hide court will direct them to produce her before the court.

A.If she's not present before the hon'ble court then ex party order will be pass by the court

A.Hi,
She can absent herself from the Court proceedings if she provides sufficient reasons for the same, but will be compelled to meet you if you have filed an RCR petition.

A.Hi,
Yes, she will be compelled by law to meet you if you have filed an RCR petition. She can absent herself from the proceedings if she provides valid reasons for such absence.
