we are sc caste people our land occupied by other upper caste person since 20 years and he created fake agreements. we have old passbooks and position certificate 1986 land given to us 1984 government. other person changed. how we get out land

A.Hi,
Under Section- 5 of the Specific Relief Act, a person who is dispossessed of his property can get possession by title.
More information is required regrading the fact whether the land was in your possession form the last 20 years or not.
