Hi sir,
I have worked in an office for 1yr and 1 month (relieved on Aug 22,2019) but till now they didn't give the settlement amount and also they didn't update the amount in my pf portal.
How can I get that amount?

You can approach the NCLT with your grievances. A civil suit for money recovery can also be filed against them.

A.Hi,
Approach the NCLT with your complaint and claim your dues. You can also claim damages for breach of contract.
